1. About the site

The site presents Dexpert's software development services and lets you get in touch, ask for a quote, take the free assessment and apply for jobs. It is free to use and needs no sign-up.

2. Informational content

The texts, examples, timelines and budget ranges on the site are informational and are not a commercial offer. Proposals, prices and timelines only apply when formally sent by Dexpert and accepted in a contract.

3. Quote and assessment

Asking for a quote creates no obligation to hire for either party. The assessment score is calculated automatically, is indicative and does not replace a technical review.

4. Permitted use

When using the site, you agree to:

• provide true data, your own or from third parties who authorized it;
• not send unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third parties' rights;
• not use bots or automated submissions, or try to bypass the bot check;
• not try to access restricted areas, such as the internal panel, or disrupt the site's operation;
• not send files with viruses or malicious code.

5. Job applications

Sending a résumé does not guarantee a place in a hiring process or a job.

6. Intellectual property

The Dexpert brand, logo, texts, layout and code of the site belong to DEXPERT TECNOLOGIA LTDA or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-party technology brands and logos belong to their owners and only indicate the technologies we work with. The photos come from free image libraries, illustrate the topics and do not show Dexpert's clients, team or projects.

7. External links

The site links to third-party sites, such as Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site available and its information up to date, but it may have outages and maintenance or contain inaccuracies. To the extent permitted by law, Dexpert is not liable for damages arising from using the site or being unable to use it, or for decisions based solely on its content.
