Browser management for regulated companies, a free performance gain for Go services and how to review code when agents write most of it.

Mozilla launches Firefox Enterprise, with browser management on the company's infrastructure
Mozilla launched Firefox Enterprise, a version of the browser for regulated organizations, with the management console running on the customer's own infrastructure. It includes centralized policies, data loss prevention by domain, controls over AI tools, event export to SIEM, extension governance and secure access to internal applications without traditional VPN infrastructure. Professional support is included.
For companies with compliance requirements, the browser becomes a control layer over data and AI use. It is an option to evaluate alongside the security and employee AI-use policies.

Go 1.27 reuses HTTP/1 connections better and makes calls up to 5 times faster
The Go team showed that, in Go 1.27, a program making 100 HTTP/1 requests in a row dropped from about 710 to 150 milliseconds, almost 5 times faster. The difference comes from connection reuse: opening a new connection requires TCP and TLS handshakes that add up to three network round trips, which weighs heavily between distant regions. The new version reuses open connections better and avoids part of that cost.
Go services that call many APIs get lower latency just by upgrading. Microservices and cross-region integrations benefit the most.

How the Claude Code team reviews code when AI writes 90% of it
The Claude Code team explained how it reviews code when Claude writes about 90% of the product's code. Between June and September, merged PRs more than doubled while the share reverted fell by more than 40%. Review was not removed: it now runs continuously, with Claude reviewing and fixing most changes before a person looks, and the team invested in making mistakes easy to undo, saving human attention for questions only people can solve.
With agents producing a lot of code, the question is no longer whether someone read every line but which check, human or automated, catches each kind of risk. Teams can redesign their review process with that focus.
